The HSSE Department handles community relation matters.

The HSSE COORDINATOR will visit host communities quarterly and in addition; offices of the department will do more frequent visits. In line with the above policy statements, the following procedures shall be adhered:

Before mobilizing personal and materials to any project site, a community relation delegation with the HSSE coordinator as leader of the delegation shall visit prospective site.

Declare the mission of the company and the importance of the project to the host comunity.

To seek the views, requests and receptions or otherwise of the host community.

To seek co-operations with the host community.
