Everpraise redressing and hard-facing of drilling tools is carried out using Tungsten Carbide inserts and Trapezoidal shaped inserts. The Tungsten Carbide redress process extends the life of downhole tools, thereby reducing cost and improving productivity. After redressing of the various tools, they are then ground to meet the nominal OD required by the client.
